Here we try to answer our most frequently asked questions...

What happens if I need to cancel?

We know things can change and you can cancel at any time. However as your appointment nears, there could be cancellation charges. If you wish to cancel your Swank Wash® up to 72 hours prior to your booking you will not incur a charge. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% the full service fee. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your wash within 24 hours or on the day, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. This is because we do not always have time to fill your appointment.

What happens if it rains or snows?

It's fair to say the UK weather is unpredictable and bad weather can cause interruptions to our operation. We want to give you the best Swank Wash® experience and so if it's raining heavily & consistently we will give you the option to reschedule, finding you the next available appointment. If it's raining intermittently, we will be able to continue with the service. If the temperatures are at or below freezing, we will also need to reschedule as the water from our jet wash can freeze.

Can I make book a Swank Wash® over the phone?

The short answer is no. Our Online Booking System offers the utmost convenience and it's always going to be the quickest and easiest way to book. You can make a booking off any device, at any time and will be offered a range of payment options. You will be able to browse through our availability to pick a time and date that suits you best. You will also given the option to leave notes on your booking. You are also required to agree to our Terms & Conditions before booking and this can only be done online.

 

Do you have any availability this week?

All of our car care consultants availability can be found online. However if you can't find an appointment, it's always worth sending us an email, as if we get any cancellations, we will get in touch. The booking will still need to be made online, but we will notify you of the booking opening.

Do you charge more for bigger vehicles?

No, we charge the same price for all vehicles.

Do you swank vans?

Yes, we can swank your van on a full day swank. However we would not be able to swank your van in a half day swank as there is not enough time.

I've booked my Swank Wash® quite a way in advance, will I receive a reminder?

Yes we send you an email reminder 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

My vehicle is parked in an underground car park, is this OK?

Many of our clients keep their vehicles underground and we're very used to performing a Swank Wash® in these locations. We always advise checking with your Building Manager before booking in.

My vehicle is parked on a busy street, is this OK?

Yes, our equipment is 100% mobile which means we can swank your vehicle in pretty much any location. However, if the road is exceptionally busy, our car care consultant may ask you to move the car to a slightly quieter spot.  

Do you need access to water or electricity?

No! Our car care consultants bring absolutely everything they need to perform a world class swank. Water and power included. All they will need from you is the keys!

Can I ask my car care consultant to use a specific product that I will provide?

All the products we bring to each swank have been rigorously tested over a long period of time on a range of vehicles and materials and therefore we can guarantee the final finish. Our car care consultants have the right to refuse to use a product they don't feel familiar with or comfortable using and they will not be liable for any damage this product could cause.
